The visitation would be at a church, so the day began with the transport from the funeral home.

It was a Friday during the school year, so the route would go past his middle school and high school.

As I waited in front of the school, Jim Miller waited with me.

He left his eight digits in Korea while working on a casualty in 1951.

Scott Maxson was the only other PGRider waiting for the procession.
